St. Patty’s Smoothie

Get your green drink in this weekend for Saint Patrick’s day! A healthy green drink alternativesmoothie full of vitamins to energize you though out the day. 

INGREDIENTS:
– 1/4 avocado (medium sized)
– 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
– 1 scoop protein powder
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– 1 tbsp raw cocoa
– 1 cup ice
– 1 cup spinach
DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. If you use UltraMeal in place of the protein powder, please consider the fat content will increase and you may have to use water instead of almond milk, or reduce the amount of avocado you use.
